OUR VISION AND MISION

Our Association was founded with the aim of stop some kind of obstruction of the law, once and for all, and to finally put an end to all war events in these areas. One of the most glaring examples of non-compliance with the rule of law is the behavior of Croatian state bodies and their persons who are members of the interdepartmental working group for the implementation of the succession agreement, and especially the non-implementation of the entire succession agreement with an emphasis on Aneks G. Aneks G for the past 20 years existed, like it did not exist at all. All the states of the former Yugoslavia returned the real estate to each other without any conditions, directly applying Aneks G, which in its provisions effectively made it known that the property should be returned in the condition in which it was on December 30, 1990. years. No country, except Croatia, has conditioned any application or adoption of the so-called of the multilateral agreement, but it was said that the disputed issues will be resolved directly only on the basis of the administrative procedure, the ownership will be determined and after that owners could get a contract and get the right to enter their own property.

However, the state of Croatia by its actions grossly violates the assumed obligations of international norms, the Vienna Agreement on the Law of International Treaties and to this day more than 16 years since ratification in its parliament will not and does not want to return these properties, and even with existing laws, they rent out property to other people. It is not really a rent, but rather a whole sale, so a large number of companies from the former Republics were left without their property. Before ratifying this agreement, Croatia concluded two bilateral agreements with Macedonia and Slovenia, but before the succession agreement, which regulated their relations and returned the property to each other. That was not even disputable for Macedonians and Slovenes. Montenegrins did not even have much property, but at that time they were part of the former state of Serbia and Montenegro, which is in fact a signatory to the succession agreement, so this agreement applies to them because they were then part of the common state.

What is the goal of our Association? What is mission and vision?

In short, the vision represents how the Association sees itself in the future, and the mission represents a concrete way to achieve that. Vision-what and why? mission-how? in what way? Questions that could be asked in order to better understand what a vision of something really is, what dreams and expectations are, what are realistic plans, what it wants to achieve with it, what problems it solves, and as far as the mission is concerned are some questions that could be helpful the way it is done to achieve the vision, the ways in which it comes helps and how to reach the desired goals. Although there is a difference, mission and vision cannot do without each other. Every project like this one should have a strong mission and vision in order to be able to progress, because it represents the future, and concrete steps on how to achieve the set goal that lead to further progress. Our thesis is that the war in this area has not stopped, that it is waged by politics and no longer by weapons, and that we, as the creators of this idea, want to close this chapter and convince all lawyers in this area that this issue is crucial for final and rightful resolving of all disputes that have not yet been resolved, and can be resolved.
